Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 1:00 PM.
  • Kindly inform us in advance regarding your expected arrival time to help us prepare for your arrival.
• Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation and Prepayment Policy

• Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made within 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge for the full duration of the stay.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will result in a 100% charge of the booking value as per our policy.
• Prepayment: A prepayment may be required at the time of booking depending on the room type and the duration of stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

• A refundable damage deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival, which will be collected as a cash payment.
• This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property after a thorough inspection of the room.

Child Policies

• Children of All Ages Welcome: We are happy to accommodate children of all ages.
• Children Aged 13 Years and Above: For booking purposes, children aged 13 years and older will be considered adults at this property.
• To ensure accurate pricing and occupancy details, please include the number and ages of children when making your reservation.

Cot and Extra Bed Policies

• Cots and Extra Beds: Please note that cots and extra beds are not available at D'Sky Inn. We recommend booking rooms accordingly to ensure the best experience for your party.

Age Restriction

• The minimum age for check-in at D'Sky Inn is 18 years.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Pets Policy

• No Pets Allowed: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed at the property. We appreciate your understanding.
