Cancellation/Prepayment

• Any cancellation made within 3 days prior to arrival will incur a charge for the full duration of the stay.
• Failure to show up at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will result in a 100% charge of the booking value as per hotel policy.

Refundable Damage Deposit

• A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival, collected as a cash payment.
• The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property after inspection.
