Focal Suite ERP System Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to the Focal Suite ERP System, developed and provided by Syspro Digital. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our ERP system, including all functionalities, modules, and related services ("Services"). Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Syspro Digital harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the ERP System or your violation of these Terms. 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
