The Appointment feature allows you to collect additional details from individuals when they schedule appointments. This information is essential for providing a smooth, personalized, and efficient interaction.

How does the appointment work?

In the appointment section, you can easily create appointments. It includes a calendar button that displays all scheduled appointments and changes color based on their status. Additionally, it features a copy link button, allowing users to share the appointment form for others to fill out effortlessly.

Manage Question

Simply select a field and choose the appropriate type from the list. There are four available field types: Text, Radio, Dropdown, and Checkbox. This allows you to display the question effortlessly. You can also decide if the question should be mandatory or optional and whether to include it in the appointment section.

Manage Schedule

In the schedule section, the details of the completed appointment form are displayed. Here, you can change the appointment status, with options to approve, reject, assign users, mark appointments as complete, and send feedback forms after completion. Once an appointment is approved or rejected, the appointee will be notified via email. A feedback form will also be sent upon completion of the appointment.

Instead of creating a new appointment, you can easily schedule one through a callback request.
